"Don't let your mind bully your body into believing it must carry the burden of its worries."
My mind can often run away from me at times.  I find that internal dialogue that prevents me from thinking of anything else but that moment.  This moment is not of "clarity" or a mental "breakthrough." It is the fact that the mind is such a powerful tool that creates scenario, builds emotion, allows you to feel, brings you to the best and worse moments of a day.  I often look into my mind and get lost in so many thoughts throwing me for not only a loop but in state of confusion.

Where do you go from here?

Own your mind.

Do not let your thoughts overwhelm who you are.  The more we know the more we questions, then followed by judgement, and picking apart everything and that my friends, is ugly.  Separate your past and your "now," by acknowledging your accomplishments and knowing who you are today.  It does not matter on who you were or what you have done but allow yourself to become greater. Time passes and time heals all wounds.  We all have a story and a past, once we recognize that change can happen for the rest of our lives, we can make a difference in how we see ourselves.

As we grow in life we grow in love. You see life differently as if now your purpose was once as one but now you have the desire to see life through someone else and not just your own.
The moment that your life stops and you can see only them, no matter the past no matter any other feeling than in that exact moment. The simplest touch, smile, or even just a glance makes everything different. Holding onto the smallest pieces of that person and waking up to live you life and live with the one you love. Simply just being.
Call me whipped, call me hopeless, I call myself lucky. Lucky to experience life greater than just my own. To have a purpose to grow stronger and love harder not because you are searching, but because what you have is worth that fight.

Plant the seed.

We can control our expressions and adopt the most peaceful approach, in turn creating a favorable outcome. To master the intention and the meaning of "why." It is better to control what you can, even if it is hard to do.
"Your own words are the bricks and mortar of the dreams you want to realize. Your words are the greatest power you have. The words you choose and their use establish the life you experience." Sonia Choquette
Do not damage the fruits of your labor, but nourish and protect it until the result ends in beauty.

Be the change that others are afraid of.

Note from the Universe

At any one point in one's life, Jackie, the greater the uncertainties they face, the greater their chances of hitting a major, life-changing "home run."

When we are uneasy about something it is the most exciting and most appealing in that moment.  We live to feal the adrenaline rush through our bodies and shine bright within us because of the "uncertainty."

Or......

In my experience uncertainties are created in your mind out of fear and wonder.  We don't get excited about the "what if."  We thrive off of the fact that the uncertainty we fill is not what it seems, it is a real feeling of what is real.  We don't second guess ourselves because we know exactly what is there facing us.  We do this because we know its worth something more than that, it is real and we just have to accept it.

Take your mind on a ride and make life easier because you are true in your heart and stand behind what feel and believe inside your senses.  Do not mistake these feelings and emotions with irrationality and fake scenario, but fill your mind and body with what is front of you.  Something great...

Be the amazing person you dream to become and greater things will follow.

Change your mind, change your perception, change your reality , change your life.

Be great.

Inconsistency with ourselves is the great weakness of human nature.— Joseph Addison

The "face" I see is "me"

How many times do we really face ourselves? Do we look at what we see and smile not from the outside but from within our heart, mind, body, and soul? Growing requires patience and perseverance to stay strong when its hard and recognize when a break is needed. We can only do so much every single day and have the will to stay focus on building a stronger "you."

Thoreau says it best:
"If you have built castles in the air, your work need not be lost; that is where they should be. Now put foundations under them."

Our lives take so many turns that end up nowhere but how would be know the difference without the trial and error. I face myself everyday and sometimes too many times in a day. Often times ridiculing and picking myself apart. Until I realized that I am exactly where I need to be. I face struggle because God knows I can handle it, I also reep the benefit of success as a reward for my efforts. I often complain because I want perfection, when I in turn need to be grateful for what I see in front of me, success. Believe me it is easier said than done, I have a constant battle with myself on what is real and what is not.

What I mean by this is....

We are always forming a vision, an opinion some type of idea of what we think is right. But trust is what I lack in myself to allow "me" to let go. Let go of my fear and live life and to let go of my worry and embrace my happiness. Life may not be perfect but life is good. Perfection never made anyone completely happy, it creates boredom instead.

We can believe in everyone else but when we look in the mirror do we believe in ourselves?
"You cannot plough a field by turning it over in your mind."

What path will you build? What will you see?
I know I will look in the mirror and see "Me."
